High-Touch Support: Scheduled bi-weekly check-ins to track your progress and adjust your plan, plus ongoing access to our private community for daily motivation and accountability.Welcome to a program that is focused on you!
Custom-Built Workouts: Delivered directly to your phone via my professional coaching app.
Efficient Movement: Workouts are designed to be completed in 50 minutes or less. Minimal time, maximal results.
Expert Guidance: As a Menopause-Informed Coach, Weight Loss Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist, I ensure every move is right for your body and your goals.
Custom-built workout programs, delivered to you by my Personal Fitness app. With a high level of support from me as your coach.
- Scheduled personal bi-weekly check-ins, as well as contact throughout the week through an active Facebook Community.
- Exercise that is actually right for your body, and in line with your goals
- No workouts to beat you up and should take between 35 – 50 minutes. Minimal work, to achieve maximal results. Plenty of time to live a full life!

- Dumbbells of various weight, or an adjustable set
- Exercise Bands various resistance
- An exercise ball (Swiss ball)
- A foam roller
- An exercise mat
