- Exercise that is actually right for your body, and in line with your goals
- No workouts to beat you up and should take no longer than 50 minutes. Minimal work, to achieve maximal results. Plenty of time to live a full life!
EQUIPMENT NEEDED OR GYM MEMBERSHIP (optional)
- Mobile device or PC with access to the internet
- Dumbbells of various weight, or an adjustable set
- Exercise Bands various resistance
- An exercise ball (Swiss ball)
- A foam roller
- An exercise mat
