STEP INTO STRENGTH SYSTEM – 12 week program focused on regaining energy, confidence and strength!

Welcome to a program that is focused on you!

Custom-built workout programs, delivered to you by my Personal Fitness app. With a high level of support from me as your coach. 

  • Scheduled personal bi-weekly check-ins, as well as contact throughout the week through an active Facebook Community.
  • Exercise that is actually right for your body, and in line with your goals
  • No workouts to beat you up and should take no longer than 50 minutes.  Minimal work, to achieve maximal results. Plenty of time to live a full life!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED OR GYM MEMBERSHIP (optional)

  1. Mobile device or PC with access to the internet
  2. Dumbbells of various weight, or an adjustable set
  3. Exercise Bands various resistance
  4. An exercise ball (Swiss ball)
  5. A foam roller
  6. An exercise mat
